Orders may take between 2-5 business days to process and be shipped.

Once we receive and verify your wholesale sign-up, we will send you a sample pack of our most popular flavours.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY SIGN-UP TO BE APPROVED?
Please allow 2 business days to complete all applications.
WHY DID MY SIGN-UP GET REJECTED?
If you sign-up with an unregistered business or if there is a potential breach of territorial contracts, we will reject your application.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
If some of the products are damaged or defective, yes we do. We do not offer returns on completed orders.
HOW DO I RETURN DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?
Contact us via nimbusdistro.ca and we will send you the return shipping label required. Proof of damage may be required.
IS THERE A MOQ?
Yes, the minimum order quantity required is $1000 CAD
