  • Return Instructions

    Please complete the following steps before submitting this form.

    1. Stop all sales and distribution of the affected products immediately.
    2. Remove them from your shelves, online listings, and all sales channels.
    3. Separate affected inventory from your regular saleable stock.
    4. Place in a sealed box and clearly label it:"PRODUCT REMOVAL – DO NOT SELL."
    5. Keep all products in their original packaging wherever possible.
    6. Complete and submit the form below. Nimbus will arrange pickup and issue your credit.
